Every Organization is different, and so are Transformations

At a very, very, very high level, organizations are all very similar. A group of people coming together to create a benefit that none of them could create on their own, with the goal of selling that added benefit above cost, aka making a profit.

When we start to zoom in, we can see that organizations are different on many levels. The leadership team is different, the culture is different, the market the organization is targeting is different, the customer segments they focus on are different, the geographies are different. A single approach to transformation that fits all these different organizations can only work at a very high level.

Getting the details right will ultimately determine the success of any transformation. By running a transformation pilot team, an organization can identify the details that work before scaling up to transform the entire organization.
