The Product Success Sheet supports product teams to align their efforts with the overall product strategy.

I have come across too many teams that try very hard to build great products, but they do not contribute to the company's goals. This leads to dissatisfaction among teams, product managers, and executives despite their best efforts. I developed the Product Success Sheet as a simple framework to help product managers align their efforts with the product strategy and its goals.

The Product Success Sheet provides clarity on the interplay between strategy and product, defining success metrics, validating ideas before going to development, and measuring progress to determine if we are getting closer to achieving the goal of the overall strategy.
